SPECIAL MEETING
ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF THE CITY OFFICE BUILDING
March 22, 1974 at 5:00 PM.
A Special Meeting of the Elk River City Council was called to order by Mayor Lundberg
on March 22, 1974 at 5:00 PM. in the City Office Building. Members present were as follows:
Mayor Lundberg, Councilmembers Syring and Burke.
The purpose of the Special meeting was to readverti$e the calling for bids for the Library
Building Project, because of the lack of more response to our previous ad.
Moved by Councilmember Syring and seconded by Councilmember Burke calling for the readvertis-
ing for the bid on the Library Building Construction for April 18, 1974 at 12:00 noon and
any bids that are received on the March 28, 1974 meeting, each bidder is to notified of the
change of the bid opening date and given the option to rebid if they so desire. Also
authorizing the Clerk-Treasurer to advertise of this bid opening in the Sherburne County
Star News and the Construction Bulletin Magazine. Motion unanimously carried by a vote of
3-0.
No further business the meeting adjourned at 5:07 PM.
