SPECIAL MEETING

A Special Meeting of the Elk River City Council was called to order by Mayor Lundberg at
2:00 PM. in the Council Chambers of the City of Elk River for the purpose of opening
and considering bids for the Library Building Construction.
The following members were present: Mayor Lundberg and Councilmember Burke.
2:00 PM. the Mayor declared the receiving of bids closed.
Mayor Lundberg proceeded to open the bids for the construction of the Library Building
project. The following bids were received. SEE ATTACHED LISTING.
Mayor Lundberg declared that the bids would be awarded at a Special Meeting on April 30,
at 7:45 PM. for the PUrpose of awarding the bid on the Library project.
No further business the meeting adjourned at 2:35 PM.
