SPECIAL MEETING
July 3, 1974 at 10:00 Am.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Lundberg, Councilmembers Hudson and Syring.
Purpose of the special meeting is to review the plans and specifications for the 1974
Street Improvements.
Moved by Councilmember Hudson and seconded by Councilmember Syring approving and accepting
the plans and specifications for the 1974 Street, Curb, seal coating and sidewalks as
submitted and dated June 1974 by McCombs Knutson and Associates and call for the opening
of bids for this improvement for July 22, 1974 at 12:00 o'clock noon and the Clerk-Treasurer
is instructed to advertise of the bid opening. Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 3-0.
