SUBJECT: Workshop Meeting of October 10, 2000
Attached please find the land use chapter of the 1995 Comprehensive Plan, as
well as the current Land Use and Urban Service District maps. The focus of the
workshop discussion will be to review the land uses around the Northstar
Corridor depot site. Staff would like to discuss with the Commission whether or
not the land uses identified on the current plan should be amended in order to
support transit development around the depot site. We will also take an
• opportunity to determine if the City is implementing the Comprehensive Plan in a
manner consistent with the stated goals and policies.
