SPECIAL MEETING
July 22, 1974 at 12:00 o'clock noon
A special meeting of the. Elk RiYer Council was called to order by
Mayor Lundberg at 12:00 o'clock noon in the chambers of the
City Hall for the purpose of opening and considering bids for the
1974 Street Improvements, seal coating, concrete curb and sidewalk
constructipn.~;' .
Members were present as follows: Mayor L}.mdberg, Councilmembers
Tom Hudso~, Robert Syring, Lyle Swanson/City Engineer in attendance.
12:00 o'clock noon the Mayor declared the re4eiving of 1974 improvement
bids closed.
The following bids were received and opened:

}J"oved bY' Councilmember Syring and seconded byiCouncilmember Hudson to
award the,bid to the lowest bidder, C.S. McCrosson, Inc. at the bid
price of~31,169.65 subject to the bid tabulation by McCombs Knutson
Inc. Motion Unanimously carried by a vote of 3-0.
No further business. The meeting adjourned at 12:15 P.M.
