Purpose of the Special Meeting is to receive and open bids on the proposed Off-
Sale Liquor Building.
Mayor Lundberg declared the receiving of bids closed 2:00 o'clock post meridiem.
The following bids were received and opened:

The City Council will meet October 15, 1974 at 7:30 P.M. to receive and consider
the awarding of the bids. It appears that Winkellli~n Enterprises submitted the
lowest bid received at the base bid amount of $166.758.
