Overview
• Attached is a concept plan for the development of the Becker property. The property is
located north of Trott Brook Farms on the east side of Twin Lakes Road and is 113 acres.
The developer,Tollefson Development,Inc.,is proposing to develop the property as a mix
residential use PUD. The development will be a mix of back-to-back town and rambler
townhouse units and single family. The single family lots range in size from 70 or 75 feet
wide to 80 feet wide. The developer is proposing 168 back-to-back townhouses,50 rambler
style townhouses and 101single family lots(319 total units).The density of the project based
on gross acres is 2.82 unit/ac. (319/113=2.82).
