SUBJECT: Discuss Apartment Proposal
Frank Dunbar of Dunbar Development Corporation will be in attendance at the workshop
meeting to continue discussions regarding the apartment complex proposed for Jackson
Avenue. The Commission should discuss issues and concerns regarding the current layout
of the proposal, and changes which should be made prior to submission of a formal request
to rezone the property and plat the property, in preparation for the apartment complex.
