Elk River Ci~y Council
July 28, 1975 at 12:00 noon
The purpose of the Special Meeting was to award the bids to the lowest bidder on the
1975 Steet Improvements.
Members present Mayor Lundberg Councilmember Konop, Hudson and City Engineer Lyle
Swanson.
Moved by Councilmember Hudson and City Engineer Lyle Swanson.
Moved by Councilmember Hudson and seconded by CouncilmeiDber Konop accepting and
awarding the lowest bidder to H&S Asphalt Co. section 2, ($25,340.50) section 3,
($2,300.00) and section 4, subject to the final permit approval from the Minnesota
Highway Dept. for the service road ($21,289.50) Motion unaminously carried by a vote
of ~.
Moved by Councilmember Konop and seoonded by Councilmember Hudson accepting and awarding
the lowest bid for the seal coating to Batzer Const. in the amount of ~7,759.20.
Motion unaminously carried by a vote of 3-0.
No further business the meeting adjourned at 12:05 p.m.
