SPECIAL MEETING
January 27, 1976
at 12:00 o'clock noon
~Members present were as follows: Acting Mayor Bob Syring, Councilmembers Konop, Otto, &
~Hudson.
Acting Mayor Syring declared the receiving of bids closed at 12:01 PM.
Bob Milne, City Financial Advisor proceeded to open the following bids received:

Moved by Councilmember Hudson and seconded by Councilmember Konop to accept and award the
lowest bid to Robert W. Baird & Co. in the amount of $525,485.00 (average net rate 5.63308%)
based on final tabulation by Mr. Milne. Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 4-0.
Moved by Councilmember Konop and seconded by Councilmember Hudson granting the request of
Leonard L. Haberman (Crossroads Cafe) for a on and off sale non-intoxicating malt liquor
license. Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 4-0.
No further business the meeting adjourned at 12:35 PM.
