CITY COUNCIL OF ELK RIVER

. The Regular Semi-Monthly Meeting of the Elk River City Council was called to order by Mayor
Lundberg)on February 2, 1976 at 7:30 PM. in the Council Chambers of the City Office Bldg.
Members present were as follows: Mayor Lundberg, Councilmembers Hudson, Syring, Konop, &
Otto.
The regular minutes of the January 19, 1976 meeting were reviewed as there were no additions
or corrections the minutes were approved as printed. The special minutes of the January
27, 1976 meeting were reviewed as there were no additions or corrections the minutes were
approvided as printed.
Moved by Councilmember Otto and seconded by Councilmember Hudson to renew our employees
health insurance with Blue Cross & Blue Shield for one year 2-1-76 to 1-31-77. Motion
unanimously carried by a vote of 5-0.
Moved by Councilmember Hudson and seconded by Councilmember Konop approving the expenditure
Motion unanimously carried by
of $500.00 for the purchase of a remot.e for_ the Polic~ Dept.

Two residents met with the Council regarding our City snowmobile ordinance. Copies of our
present ordinance were presented to them for their use.
No further business the meeting adjourned at 9:30 PM.
