SUBJECT: Annual Meeting
The City Council recently appointed Mark Pederson and Peter Lemke to serve on the
Planning Commission for an additional 3 years. It has been the Commission's practice to
conduct the election of the chair and vice chair at the March workshop meeting. Time is
also taken at the meeting to review the Commission's Polices and Procedures.
Please bring your Policies and Procedures manual to this meeting. If you do not have or
cannot find your copy,please let Debbie Huebner,Planning Administrative Assistant,know
and she will have extra copies available at the meeting.
