SUBJECT: Business Park Standards;
Analysis of Adjacent Communities' Standards
Staff would like to continue the discussion started at our March workshop meeting regarding
recommended changes to the Business Park,specifically focusing on uses and building
standards. At the meeting, a matrix comparing our standards with the standards of our
• competitors will be distributed.
If time allows,the Commission should also look at the appropriate zoning for existing
business park areas within the community.
