Due to lack of sufficient information and the need to have the wetland Technical Evaluation
Panel review the wetland impacts of the project prior to the Planning Commission review,
• staff recommends that the Commission:
1. RESUME THE PUBLIC HEARING AND RECEIVE TESTIMONY
FROM THOSE PRESENT;AND
2. CONTINUE THE PUBLIC HEARING UNTIL THE MAY 27,2003
PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING.
