Special Heeting
Of The Board of Review Held In The
City Office Building
June 9, 1976 at 7:00 p.m.
The Elk River City Council met as a Board of Review at 7:00 p.m. June 9, 1976. Hembers
present were as follows: Mayor Lundberg, Councilmembers otto, Konop, Hudson and Syring.
City Clerk-Savela, City Assessors, Ty Bishop and Glenn Powell.
Hayor Lundberg called the meeting of the Board of Review to order at 7:00 p.m.
Leonard Eiden-604-6th St. met with the board requesting an explanation of 'l'1Thy his pro-
perty valuation had increased. No action was required because the Assessors books showed
no increase.
Louis Baldowski-620-6th St. met with the board requesting an explanation of his tax state-
ment. No action was required.
Leonard Kokott met i..Jith the board requesting ani explanation of his tax statements. It
was reviewed and noted that the garage size was increase thus warranted the increase.
Therefore it was a fair valuation.
Moved by Councilmember Syring and seconded by Councilmember Otto approving the assessment
rolls as presented by County Assessor Ty Bishop. Hotion unaminously carried by a vote
5-0.
As there were no other property owners in attendance the meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
