Special Council Meeting
July 26, 1976 at 7:00 p.m.
Members present Mayor Lundberg, Councilmember Syring and Hudson. City Engineer Lyle
Swanson was also present.
The purpose of the Special meeting was to receive and award bids for the 1976 Street
Construction.
The following bids were received:
7:05 p.m. Mayor Lundberg declared the receiving of bids closed.

Moved by Councilmember Hudson and seconded by Councilmember Syring accepting and
awarding the lowest bid received to N.D.H. Asphalt in the total amount of $57,371.00
for the 1976 Improvements final acceptance based on the final tabulation by our city
engineering firm of McCombs-Knutson. Motion unaminously carried by a vote of 3-0.
No further business the meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
