Members Present: President, John Dietz; Trustee, James Tralle
Others Present: Bryan Adams, General Manager; Glenn Sundeen, Line Superintendent,
Robert McCartney, Water Superintendent
Call meeting to order at 4:40 P.M. October 8, 1997
Bids were received on October 3, 1997 for the Construction of Substation 14. Bid
tabulations reflecting the results of the bids were presented and discussed. Motion made
by James Tralle, seconded by John Dietz to award contract to National Conductor
Construction of Brainard, Minnesota. Motion carried 2-0.
With no further business to be discussed, Mr. Tralle moved to adjourn, Mr. Dietz
seconded the motion.
The Special Meeting of the Elk River Municipal Utilities adjourned at 4:45 P.M.

Total Bid Price $ 41,219.03
Contract award is subject to processing the contract documents and National Conductor
Constructors furnishing a Performance Bond in the amount of$401,301.03.
