January 3, 1996

Special Meeting for the Discussion
of Administrative Procedures
Called by President Zabee
Present Were: George Zabee President
James Tralle Vice Chairman
John Dietz Trustee
Others Present: Glenn Sundeen Line Superintendent
Robert McCartney Water Superintendent
Patricia Hemza Office Manager
Ron Black Attorney
1) The meeting was called to order at 4: 15 P.M. by President
Zabee.
2) Discussion of administrative duties during the absence of the
General Manager.
3) Motion by Mr. Tralle to have each department head continue
supervision of their departments and to meet with each other
daily to resolve operations tasks. Extraordinary problems to
be taken to the President of the Commission. Seconded by Mr.
Dietz. The motion carried.
4) At 5:52 P.M. the meeting was adjourned into executive session
for the purpose of discussion of sensitive personnel issues.
Executive session adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
