Also Present: Pat Klaers, City Administrator; Lori Johnson, Assistant City
Administrator; Dayle Nolan and Eric Hawes, legal counsel from
Larkin, Hoffman, Daly, & Lindgren
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Executive Session of the Elk River Municipal
Utilities Commission was called to order at 4:26 p.m. by Chair Tralle.
The attorneys updated the Elk River Municipal Utilities Commission on the status of the
assignments they have been given regarding the personnel issue as discussed at previous
executive sessions of the Utilities Commission.
COMMISSIONER DIETZ MOVED TO CONTINUE THIS EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER
MUNICIPAL UTILITIES COMMISSION UNTIL FEBRUARY 20, 1996, AT 4 P.M.,AT ELK RIVER CITY
HALL. COMMISSIONER ZABEE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0.
The special meeting of the Elk River Municipal Utilities Commission was recessed at
approximately 6 p.m.
