UTILITIES COMMISSION
HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL - CONFERENCE ROOM A
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 1996
Members Present: Chair James Tralle; Vice Chair, John Dietz; and Trustee George
Zabee
Members Absent: None
Also Present: Pat Klaers, City Administrator; Lori Johnson, Assistant City
Administrator; Eric Hawes, legal counsel from Larkin, Hoffman, Daly,
& Lindgren
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Executive Session of the Elk River Municipal
Utilities Commission was reconvened at 4:10 p.m. by Chair Tralle.
The attorney updated the Elk River Municipal Utilities Commission on the status of the
assignments he has been given regarding the personnel issue as discussed at previous
executive sessions of the Utilities Commission.
The Utilities Office Manager, Electric Superintendent, and Water Superintendent were
requested to come into the meeting to discuss job description duties.
COMMISSIONER DIETZ MOVED TO CONTINUE THIS EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER
MUNICIPAL UTILITIES COMMISSION UNTIL FEBRUARY 28, 1996,AT 4 P.M., AT ELK RIVER CITY
HALL. COMMISSIONER ZABEE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0.
The special meeting of the Elk River Municipal Utilities Commission was recessed at
approximately 6:15 p.m.
