Administrator; Dayle Nolan and Eric Hawes, Legal Counsel from
Larkin, Hoffman, Daly, Lindgren; Glenn Sundeen, Electric
Superintendent; Bob McCartney, Water Superintendent; Pat
Hemza; Office Manager
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Executive Session of the Elk River Municipal
Utilities Commission was reconvened at 4:09 p.m. by Chair Tralle.
The Commission and attorneys continued the discussion on the personnel issue as
presented and discussed at previous executive sessions of the Utilities Commission.
COMMISSIONER ZABEE MOVED TO ADJOURN THE EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER
MUNICIPAL UTILITIES COMMISSION. COMMISSIONER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE
MOTION CARRIED 3-0.
The Executive Session of the Elk River Municipal Utilities Commission was adjourned at
approximately 7:04 p.m.
