UTILITIES COMMISSION HELD AT
ELK RIVER CITY HALL
FRIDAY, MARCH 22 , 1996
Members present : James Tralle, President

Others Present : Pat Klaers, City Administrator, Jim
Brimeyer, Glenn Sundeen, Joe Pallansch
The Commission discussed with Jim Brimeyer, of Brimeyer Group,
the process he proposes for hiring a General Manager for the
Elk River Municipal Utilities .
Joe Pallansch and Glenn sundeen arrived at 10 : 15 P.M.
Discussion was held on Economic Development Rates as developed by
AEC. The rate offered to Polycarbonate Lens Company is $7 . 75/KW
demand plus . 031 KWH energy cost .
Mr. Tralle moved to adjourn. Mr. Zabee seconded the motion.
Motion carried 2-0 .
The meeting of the Elk Rivers Utilities Commission adjourned at
11 : 55 A.M.
