Members present : James Tralle, President
John Dietz, Vice Chair
George Zabee, Trustee
Others Present : Bryan Adams; Pat Hemza, Office Manager; Jim
Brimeyer, The Brimeyer Group
President James Tralle called the Special Meeting to order at
4 : 15 PM, for the purpose of interviewing Bryan Adams for the
position of General Manager of the Elk River Municipal Utilities.
Mr. Dietz moved to adjourn the Special Meeting. Mr. Zabee
seconded the motion. Motion caried 3-0 .
The meeting of the Elk River Utilities Commission adjourned at
6 :15 P.M.
