Emergency Meeting, August 25, 1988

Present Were: Douglas Dill President
James Tralle Vice Chairman
George Zabee Trustee
1. The meeting was called to order by President Dill at 8:00 P.M.
2. Discussed the possibility of the General Manager, Bill Birrenkott offering his
resignation. The Commission counter-offered:
Increase: 1988 Salary to 49K ^-5-
1989 Salary to 53K
The Motion was by Mr. Tralle, seconded by Mr. Zabee and the Motion was carried
unanimously.
3. Motion by Mr. Tralle, seconded by Mr. Zabee to adjourn. Motion carried.
