03-14-1989 ERMU MIN COMMISSION MEETING
March 14, 1989
Tuesday 7:00 P.M.
Present Were: George Zabee Vice Chairman
Jim Simpson Trustee
Bill Birrenkott General Manager
Others Present: Glenn Sundeen Line Superintendent
Absent Was: James Tralle President
1) The meeting was called to order at 7 :00 P.M. by Vice Chairman
Zabee.
2) Motion by Mr . Simpson, seconded by Mr . Zabee to approve the
minutes of the previous meeting as presented and distributed.
Motion carried.
3) Motion by Mr . Zabee, seconded by Mr . Simpson to charge a
non-refundable contribution of $1000 to Bartons for the line
extension to their new Hot Mix operation. Motion carried.
4) The General Manager reviewed the February financial statements.
5) The Line Superintendent updated the Commissioners on the status
of all construction projects .
6) The next meeting was set for Tuesday, April 18 , 1989 at 7 : 00 P.M.
at the Utilities Office.
7) Motion by Mr . Simpson, seconded by Mr . Zabee to adjourn. Motion
carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:20 P.M.
