02-13-1990 ERMU MIN UTILITIES COMMISSION MEETING
February 13, 1990
Tuesday 7: 00 P.M.

Others Present: Paul Erich Olsen, Thielen & Company
Ray Menard Minnesota Conway Fire & Safety
1) The meeting was called to order at 7: 00 P.M. by President Zabee .
2) Paul Erich, of the accounting firm of Olsen, Thielen & Company,
presented the final 1989 audit report. He stated that there were
no significant irregularities found and no audit adjustments were
made.
Motion by Mr . Simpson, seconded by Mr . Tralle, to receive and
file the 1989 Audit Report as presented by the representative of
Olsen, Thielen & Company. Motion carried .
3) Raymond Menard, of Minnesota Conway Fire & Safety, made a
presentation on Home Security Systems to the Commissioners . It
was decided by the Commission to have the General Manager do more
investigation and report at a later date.
4) Motion by Mr. Tralle, seconded by Mr . Simpson, to approve the
minutes of the previous meeting as presented and distributed .
Motion carried.
5) The General Manager reviewed with the Commissioners the status of
negotiations with Anoka Electric Cooperative, construction and
operating activities, and the January financial statements.
6) Motion by Mr . Simpson, seconded by Mr . Tralle, to change our
mileage reimbursement rate to .260 per mile. Motion carried .
7) The next meeting was set for Tuesday, March 27th, 1990
at 7 : 00 P.M.
8) Motion by Mr . Tralle, seconded by Mr . Simpson to adjourn. Motion
carried. Meeting adjourned at 10: 15 P.M.
