UTILITIES COMMISSION MEETING
December 7 , 1990
9 : 30 A.M.
Present Were: George Zabee President
Jim Simpson Vice Chairman
James Tralle Trustee
Bill Birrenkott General Manager
Others Present: None
1) The special meeting was called to order at 9 : 30 A.M. by President
Zabee.
2) Motion by Mr. Simpson, seconded by Mr. Tralle to approve the
Pay Ranges as presented to be included in the 1991 Budget. Motion
carried.
3) Motion by Mr. Simpson, seconded by Mr. Tralle to change the rate
of pay of Glenn Sundeen to step 6 of the pay scale plus 25 cents
per hour. Motion Carried.
4) Motion by Mr. Tralle seconded by Mr. Simpson to change the rate of
pay of Pat Steenson to Step 4 of the 1991 pay range. Motion
Carried.
5) Motion by Mr. Simpson seconded by Mr. Tralle to change the rate of
pay of Bob McCartney to Step 4 of the pay range plus 25 cents per
hour. Motion Carried.
6) Motion by Mr. Tralle seconded by Mr. Simpson to change the rate of
pay of the General Manager to Step 4 of the pay range plus 50
cents per hour. Motion Carried.
7) Motion by Mr. Simpson, seconded by Mr. Tralle to adjourn. Motion
carried. Meeting adjourned at 10: 50 A.M.
