UTILITIES COMMISSION MEETING
December 10, 1990
4 : 00 P.M.
Present Were: George Zabee President
Jim Simpson Vice Chairman
James Tralle Trustee
Bill Birrenkott General Manager
Others Present: Glenn Sundeen Line Superintendent
1) The meeting was called to order at 4 : 00 P.M. by President Zabee.
2) Motion by Mr. Simpson, seconded by Mr. Tralle to approve the
Agenda. Motion carried.
3) Motion by Mr. Simpson, seconded by Mr. Tralle to approve the
minutes of the previous meeting as presented and distributed.
Motion carried.
4) A complaint of Mr. Russ Schubel regarding shutting off of his
electricity was discussed and reviewed. Mr. Schubel was not
present to air his concerns. The Commission took no action.
5) The General Manager presented a proposal for the 1991 budgets for
operations, equipment, and construction. The entire proposal was
discussed and analyzed by all present. Motion by Mr. Tralle,
seconded by Mr. Simpson to accept the 1991 budget as presented.
The motion carried.
6) The General Manager reported on the status of Anoka Electric
Cooperative negotiations.
7) The Line Superintendent reviewed the status of all projects and
operating conditions with the Commissioners.
9) The next meeting was set for Monday, January 7, 1991 at 4 : 00
P.M. at the Utilities office.
10) Motion by Mr. Simpson, seconded by Mr. Tralle to adjourn. Motion
carried. Meeting adjourned at 5: 45 P.M.
