Receive information on the HRA Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program.
Background/Discussion
Currently, two projects under way; one homeowner is waiting on bid proposals and the other is waiting
for their scope of work to be approved. One application was sent at the end of July to a homeowner on
Jackson Avenue.
Fifteen projects have been completed to date. Over $311,579 has been disbursed over the four-year
rehabilitation program period. Installment payments are received per the agreements.
Marketing efforts continue on our social media platforms.
