Background/Discussion
Main and Gates Redevelopment Project
Staff closed on 414 Main and 430 Main Street and continues to negotiate with the remaining property
owners.
DT Redevelopment Project
LHB, Inc., was able to inspect all the properties within the proposed Redevelopment TIF District on
June 22, 2018, and will soon produce an inspection report.
