Attached is the following information for your review: 1111 a). Great River Energy proposed rates. b). Spread sheet reflecting Elk River Municipal Utilities 2006 ' wholesale electric cost projection. Staff is projecting a 6% increase in demand and a 5.5% increase in energy for 2006 over ' 2005. With this assumption, the wholesale electric cost for 2006 is estimated to be $10,239,307.
