Regular ~eeting of the Village Council
The regular monthlt meeting of the Village Council'was ~
held at the new Village Hall on ~pnday February 4t~.29

~eetingcalled to order by the Pres.at e.Ju P.k.
The abovementioned ladies representing the Community
Club of Elk River.asking for the privilege of using the
Building for their meetings and also for holding special
meetings and entertainments for the good of the order.
Their request was granted by a unanimous vote.The Counc
il stating that the new building was built for the use'
of the people.for any legitimate purpose in the interest
of the Village. '
