Minuets of the last meeting read and approved
The cOffiIDittee appointed to investigate the purchase of
Hose reported that they visited St,Cloud.Fire department
but did not get much satisfaction in regard to the mattu
The following bids were presented
Hoglund presented a sample of hose at ~70 per ft,
Caley n 2 samples at ,85 & 88cts,per ft.
Bi-.Lateral Co. . " 2-samples "1,20 & 1,1.5 " n
No bids accepted at this meeting, the Clerk was irlstructed
to write the Eureka hose Co,for their price,
In the matter'of installing a Water keter at the Twin
City lvlilk Cos,~reamery,One year ago the Council voted
to install a meter at their Plant,but it had not been
done,and it being ver~r evident that they were consuming
more than they agreed to at the flat rate of 5 00 per
month,On motion made and declared carried that'a Meter
be installed immediately
Trustee Geo,Cornelius was appointed a COIDrriittee to O,K
all purchases for suppljes for the Village
It being very evident that the work of lowering the
sidewalk on Depot st.at P.O.was not a satisf'actor:!
and very many complaints were being made in r~gard
by the Peo~le,some discussion was had in regard. to
an entirely new cement walk-but no definate act10n

The following bills were presehted and on motion allowed
~~blation Mrs .M.C.Garvey asked that the Council proceed to instaH
ia1re~a~d a cement curb and crossing at her building at the cor,of
to M.rsJBveYhth,& Princeton sts, and allow her to pa.y for same in a
5 year Installment in taxes,
The following Resolution was inanimously adopted
Resolved.- That the Council proceed as reC],uested by l\IiI'S,
Resolution Garvey' and install a Curbimg ang cross walk at her bUild"'!"'-g
at 6th,st,and Princeton st,at the expense of$24,10 the
Clerk was instructed to return notice to the Co,Auditor
