Action Requested
Extend, by motion, the deadline to record the final plat of Solid Rock Addition to November 18, 2018.
Background/Discussion
The Final Plat of Solid Rock Addition was approved on August 17, 2015. Resolution 15-51 requires the
final plat to be recorded no later than two years from the date of approval. On September 18, 2017, the
applicant received an extension to August 17, 2018. They are requesting an additional 90 days.
Staff has no concern with the extension as requested, with the understanding that all conditions of
approval, including development fees, must be addressed prior to recording.
