SPECIAL meeting of the VILLAGE COU~CIL
A Special meeting of the Village Council was held at
the Council room on Thursday August 15th,1Q29

~eeting called to order by the Pres,at B.oClock i,~,
This meeting was called for the purpose of discussing
the ~uestion of sewerage in Hastings addition
and listening to W.E.King Engineer of St,Paul in regard
to the cost and advantages of the proposed sewer
20 residents of this district appearing before the Council
most of whom were in favor of sewer,
The question as to the method of proceedure in regard to
the funding of this project was discussed,there being
several methods offered
Finally it was decided to have Frank T..hite Village
Atty,look the matter up and report at another Special
meeting to be called by the Pres. in the near future
On motion meeting adjourned
