Mr,King After considerable~iscubsion the Council decided to have
insitructedMx.King make a complete plan and Specification for the
to mak~ unit comprising Hastings Addition for estimate of cost
Plans
Also to make a separate unit comprising 1~in street and
all south of the Railroad,to be held 'for future use in
case .51 % of the 1?ropert~r o\mers in that district should
desire to use it
Co.Atty,White was instructed to look after the legal
~roceedings connected with this undertaking
