A special meeting of the Villaee Council was held at
the Council room on l'J.onday August 2fth,1929

li.eeting called to order by the Pres,at S oClock P.lvJ..
lliis meetihg was called by the Pres,to decide as to
how much of the Sewer system planned by Toltz.Aing and
Day,it would be practicable to install at th's time,
A letter was recd,from W.E.King stating that the charges
for making :plans and specifications for the Hastings
addition alone would cost 350,00 a.nd for superintendence
150.CO if installed.
After considerable discussion the following motionwas
made by L.L.Bishop Trustee seconded by W.F.Chadbourne
Clerk
that Toltz,King and Day Co,be instructed to survey the
Hastings Addition and make plans for the building of a
Sewer and diSDosal plant,and also to make an estimate
of how the cost is to be assessed.
