Representative Pres, ~rustees Clerk VilliAtt~r, of the Toltz King & Day Co, e Reading of the minuets of last meeting not called for, The following Resolution was offered by L.L.Bishop and moved its adoption ~esolved:- _ That the sum of 250,00 dollars be appropriated from the general fund to aid the County Fair for the year lq29 and the ~lerk instructed to draw a warrant for the same, kotion seconded by Geo,Cornelius Trustee Ayes"Joe Ludvik L.L.Bishop Geo,Cornelius, W.F.Chadbourne,and Thomas E,Beck hot ion declared carried, Ordinance No,25 The following Ordinance was presented by the the Village Atty,prepared at the request of the Council . OHDIl~ANCE l~o; 25 To create Sewer District Number One in The Village of Elk River The Village Council of Elk River.fuinnesota,do Ordain as follows, , , That a Sewer District-in the Village of Elk River IVLinnesota. is hereb~r created and established t~f be known as Sewer District No,one to include the whole of Hastings First and Second additions,Lots One Two and Three in Block 6 of Houltons addition~and Auditors Sub-Division n~ber Three in said Village,according to the provisions of Chal'ter Thirty_Five of the general laws of 1~15 and an~ act amendatory thereof or supplimen- tary thereto. and as shown b~r the inspection, surveys, plans and profiles prepa\red by ~oltz King,& Day,Inc, now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Village of Elk River. sub ject to such changes, revision or ;, modification'as may gereafter be found necessary or pro:per. , , : This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after-its publication Dated this 7thiday of October 192?
