The engineers hav i ng px'esented the plans and specifica ti on
and estimate chf cost of the. sewers to be at present
constructed in sewer district number one the Council
proceeded to examine same '

Thereupon fur,Joe,Ludvic Trustee offered the following
resolution and moved its adoption

A Resolution adopting plans and specificationb for sewer
in sewer district bo,One and directing Clerk to advertise
for bids,
(1) That the plans and specifications for the construc
tion of sewers in sewer district n~ber mne:as prepared
b~l Tol tx, King & Day Inc , , Consulting enGineers, pursuant to
previOUS direction of this Council,together with their
estimate of the cost thereof be and the same are hereby
approved and adopted as the plans and specifications in
accordance with which said improvement shall be made,
subject to such changes as ma~T from time to time by this
~council be deemed to be nece8sar~r or advisable,
(2) That this COilllCil will meet on the 22nd,day of
hovember 1'2~ at the Council rooms in the Village Hall at
One oClock P 01110 to. receive and consider bids for the making
of said improvement,

03) That the Clerk. be and hereb~r is authorized and
directed to give due notice of such meetir~ and of the
letting of the contract on such work to be given by
publishing a notioce thereof once in each week for three
successi ve weeks in the Sherburne Count~r Star_News, the
Official newspaper of the Village,and in the Improvement
Bulletin a legal trade journal published in the Cit~' ,of
1..inneapoiis,1'll.innesota,the first pu'hication of said notice
in each paper to be not less than three full weeks
prior to the date of such letting, said notice to call for
bids on the basis of cash pa~~ent for the work and for
. the bidders to accompany their bid b~r a certified check

Ttie motion to adopt said resolution was seconded by George
Cornelius Trustee and upon roll call the same was adopted
by the following vote.
Ayes:-Joe.Ludvik.Geo.Cornelius,W.F.Chadbourne L~L.Bishop
Nays. l~one.
The Village Clerk was instructed to request Toltz~King & Day
to send up a man to superintend repairing of the Kater
tank and pump at the pump house as soon ab possible
ho further business appearing meeting adjourned
