RegUlar meeting of the Village Council the following
Resolution was offered by W.F.Chadbourne Village Clerk
who moved it~ adoption,
'iWhereas.

. Considerab~criticism has been offered in regard
to the Council allowing Church Socities to have
the use of the kurlincipal Building for Fairs and
Sales, This building being expressl:. built for
the use of the General Public,for the good ofdthe
Village, Recognizing the following institutions as
such.
COUNCIL Room
Library Entertainments
Justice CotA..rt
Community Club ~ntertainments
Commercial 1I "
Red Cross
American Legion
Relief Corps
Therefor;be it resolved; that the ~unincipal building
Committee be instructed to allow only the above
mentioned parties to occupy the building;and the
Janitor be instructed to furnish heat for them
charging only for his labor;to be paid by the
parties using same,it being understood that the
Village Council and Justice Cmurt shall have the.
preference including the Fire Dept,and Library
