The Pres.announced that this meeting was called for thE
purpose of receiving bids for the construction of a Sewer
in district number One,as per plans and specifications pre-

include all the Village above Fark St,in order to use the
same disposal plant thereb:,r lessening thecost fOl' .Frontage
Tax.
