held at the IViunicil'al building on monday June 2nd.1930

of Toltz.King and Day inc.
~eeting called to orde! by the Pres.at a oClock P.M.
The first matter to come before the Council .as the Sewer
question postponed from the last meeting of the Council
and to be decided at this meeting.
~ter considerable discussion by the taxpayers and Mr.Kin~
and members of-the Council.both pro and con.the Council
went into executive session.to arrive at some conclusion
in the matter.
The fpllowing Resolution was offered by Pres.Beck who
moved its adoption. and seconded by Trustee Ludvik
Resolved;That the Village Clerk be instructed to aivertis~
for bids upon a Sewer system in accordance with
Plans ana specifications preJanted by Toltz,
King and Day.also that the Council meet in adjo-
uned session on June 5th.to pass upon the
necessary proceedings and fix the date for
receiving bids. Roll call ordered
