:M.inuess of the last hegular meeting reau. and approved
ReI;ort of Frau T.White Village atty,presented a report of his
,i4'rank T. correspondence with the Insurance Co, in regard to paying
White damages to Plate Glass at Anoka during the pursuit of an
Village att~to thief~The Council decided that the burden of proof
rested with the Inslirance Co.to prove as to who fired the
in regard shot that broke the said Plate Glass.

The following Resolution was passed unanimously by the ~ounc,~
That the sum of 250.00 be appropriated from the General
Fund to aid the County Fair for 1930
This being the time to make up the Budget for the coming
year.After some discussion in regard to the subject the
followi ng nesolution was offered to the Council.
Resolved that the following sums be assessed on the taxabl~
:property of the Village to meet the expenses of the ~Teal'

President the Tresi,was ordered to return or transfer the
sum of 400,00 from the General Fund to the Poor Fur~d.leavi-
ng a bal.due the Poor Fund of 200.00 of amount borrowed
from the poor Fund Oct.1 st .1923- to pay the frontage Tax for
Water Frontage on Village ~ropert y.400.00 having been
returned Oct.lst.1929-to the Poor Furid
koved and carried that the Village 1.a.rshal be authorized
to purchase a suitable uniform for his use as 1~rshal at
the expense of the Village
