On mot ion of Geo. C ornelius ~rustee it was voted to buiL,d a
Cross walk across ~lm Street at the intersection of 5th.St.
to connect with sidewalks when same is completed.
W.H.Clements st.com.made a rou6D estimate as to the cost of
grading and graveling on ~incoln st.and cross streets connec_
ting with same,and also covering State street through the
de~ression from ~incoln street to Elm St.no}t~ of Ry.
Onm motion of Chadbourne Clerk the sum of 200.00 was voted
for that pur~ose,to be used under the direction of the Council
The bill: of Andrew IvLadsoli that had been laid on the table was

The Clerk having been instructed by the Council at its last
meeting to correspond with the League of ~linnecota klillici~al
ities in regard to securir~ a copy of an erdinance covering
a Peddlers ~icense,:presented a copy of one flirnishedby them
which was read,Clerk instructed to refer same to F.T.White
Village Atty.f or inspection before approving same.
The Clerk was instructed to draw a warrant on the General
Fund in the amount of 200.00 in favor of the Poor Fund to
finish ~aying amount borrowed from Poor Fund?several yeal's
ago, the original sum being l~OOO.CO
Hand-cuffs Trustee Geo . Cornelius .as instructed to purchase a Pair of
Hand-C~fs to be used by th~ Village ~rshal.
