of the Village Treas?and Clerk.

After comparing the two reports and finding that they were
correct in ever~ respect.
The Clerks statement was signed by the Board of audit
and ordered printed

This meeting was called by the ~resid~nt of the Council
to consider the proposition of flooding the Stadium at the
School building for a skating rink.
Several business men were present and voiced their afproval
of the project.after considerable discussion in regard to
method of proceedure in reGal'll. tothe subject the following
Motion was ~ade by Joseph Flaherty trustee.
koved that the council Construct and maintain a skating
ring and electric light at the stadiUlli at a net cost not to
exceed One Hill_dred and Fi~ty (150,00)
Motion seconded by Geo.Cornelius Trustee.
