Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Housing and
Redevelopment Authority was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chair Toth.
Pledge of Allegiance
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Consider 08/06/2018 Agenda
Motion by Commissioner Chuba and seconded by Commissioner Eder to approve
the August 6, 2018, HRA agenda.
Motion carried 5-0.
Consent Agenda
Moved by Commissioner Ovall and seconded by Commissioner Chuba to approve
the August 6, 2018, consent agenda as follows:
4.1 July 2, 2018, Special and Regular meeting minutes.
4.2 Check Register.
4.3 Balance Sheet.
4.4 Revenues and Expenditures report.

7.1 HRA Rehabilitation Program Update
Ms. Eddy presented the staff report.
7.2 2019 HRA Budget and Resolution Establishing HRA Levy

Ms. Othoudt presented the staff report She distributed an updated resolution and explained
the change from a percentage amount to a dollar amount which secures the budget levy
dollar amount.
Moved by Commissioner Ovall and seconded by Commissioner Chuba to approve
Resolution 18-04 establishing the tax levy for the Elk River Housing and
Redevelopment Authority and approve the 2019 HRA Budget as outlined in the staff
report.
Motion carried 5-0.
7.3 Marketing Update
Ms. Eddy presented the staff report.
7.4 Director Update
Ms. Othoudt presented the staff report.
