Approve,by motion, a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License to the American Legion for October 7, 2018,
with the following conditions:
1. Alcohol must be confined to an area enclosed by a fence with a secured, controlled access.
2. Wrist band control is required for patrons 21 and over.
3. No one under 21 years of age is allowed in the alcohol area.
Background/Discussion
The American Legion applied for a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License for an event put on by the Elk
River Area Food Co-Op on October 7, 2018, at Lion John Weicht Park.
