The Clerk was also instructed to secur13 a flag for the

Albert Middlestadt presented a set of plans fo!' an Oil
station to be built for Od~gard & Hoglund within the
Fire Limits,on mOt' on a permit was granted,
The question of.g ~ing a license fo~ parties from
Anoka to sell m~l ~nthe Village of ~lk River was
disposed of by a unanimous~ vote of the council
not to grant such license.as we have already two good
dairies in the Village.
