purpose of eonsiderating a proposition s -wmitted by the
I ~lk ,River Power and light Co.for the renewal of its
franchise and contract for furnishing electricity for said
Vi&lage of Elk River.
After considerable~a motion was made by J.F.Flaherty

trustee that the proposition be laid on the table.seconded
by W.F.Chadbourne Clerk.and declared carried by a unanimoa
vote by the president,
