Chadbourne e (3) That the proposition of erecti~ such light plant and issuing bonds be submitted to the voters as a single question at the annual Village Election to be held Decem- ber 6th, 1932, and the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to iive due notice thereof and to make ready .. and prepare the necessary ballot s ani ballot boxes. .... Mr. J.D.Flaherty seconded the motion to adopt said resolution and upon roll call it waS adopted by the fol- lowing vote: Ayes: Geo. Oornelius, J.D.Flaherty, O.E.Brown, W.F. Ohadbourne and D.E.Davis. Nays: None. The Oouncil then proceeded to consider Judges and Clerks for the election and polli~ place and upon mot- ion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, G.A. Pepin, Louis Baldousky and A. Malkson were appointed judges and Irene Xaliher and Mable Greupner were appoint- ed clerks of said election, all of them being resident voters, but not candidates for any office. There-upon on motion duly made, seconded and carried unanimously the pollini place waS fixed at Oouncil Room in the Village Hall and t he hours of said annual election from 9 o'clock A.M. to g o'clock P.M.
